Please Note: The Russian Embassy requires an invitation letter to issue a visa. You must provide us with a valid Russian invitation letter. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a package from us to obtain the invitation. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Cancellations are only accepted if the visa is refused.
Document Requirements For Russia Tourist Visa
General Requirement Documents
- A valid passport and photocopy of its first three pages. The validity of the passport must not be less than 3 months from the date of visa issue (for students not less than 1,5 year).
- An original invitation from the local branches of the Russian Home Ministry or Federal Migration Service and its copy. The invitation is to be arranged in Russia by those who invite the applicant (person, business partner, education institution).
Copies submitted without original are not considered. Those who intend to visit Russia for tourism must submit the original tourist voucher and confirmation of receiving a foreign tourist instead of an invitation.
These documents must be obtained from a Russian travel agency registered with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and the agency must have a reference number. - Two passport size photo of the applicant. The photo should be cooler, preferably on matte paper.
- Original air tickets or booking confirmation receipt and their copies.
- Trade license, E-TIN copy & Income Tax Certificate copy (photocopy translated and notarized) as well other relevant business documents. (Like, Membership document etc.)
- Memorandum and Incorporation Certificate (If limited Company)
- L/C copy, IRC & ERC (If Export or Import Business)
- Leave letter from the office if employed or student from educational institute.
- Salary Statement & 3 months’ Salary slip.
- If applicant are Government Service holder then need GEO. (Should be translated in English & Notarized).
- Marriage Certificate.
Other Supporting Documents
- Property Valuation Report (if applicable).
- Visiting card and Company Pad.
- Blue Book Copy (if owning a car).
- Additional Income Proof (if any).
- Financial Solvency Documents (e.g., FDR, share business, other savings, security deposits, cash investments, etc.).
- Document of other income if any.
