General Requirement Documents
- All Passport with Last validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
- Two copies (2”x2”)-size color picture with white backgrounds (no cap or sunglass) soft copy.
- Personal Full Bio Data (including Education Background, previous job history & start date, end date).
- Visiting Card.
- NID Card Copy / Birth Certificate Copy English Translated Notarized Copy.
- Business or Job Starting Date.
- Last 5 Years Country Visit Name.
- Family Information (Father, Mother, Children Details)
- If anyone travelling with the person then need the person information.

Require Documents For Business Owners
- Updated Trade License (English translated & notarized).
- Memorandum & Incorporation Certificate (if a Limited Company).
- L/C copy, IRC & ERC (for Export/Import businesses).
- Updated Company Bank Statements (last 6 months) & Solvency Certificate
- Company Pad & Visiting Card (4-5 copies).
Require Documents For Private Service And Government Job Holders
- Leave Letter from the office.
- Office ID Card Copy.
- Salary Statement/Pay Slip (last 3 months, original + photocopy).
- GEO (Government Employees Only): Must be translated into English & notarized.
- Retirement Documents (for retired persons).
- Visiting Card (2 copies).

- School/College/University ID Card Copy.
- Leave Letter/NOC or Academic Leave Calendar from the educational institution.
