Document Requirements For Schengen Tourist Visa
General Requirement Documents
- All Passports with Last validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
- 2 copy (35X45) mm size color picture with white back ground (no cap or sun glass).
- Update Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months (balance more than 7 Lac) and bank solvency certificate.
- NID Card Copy / Birth Certificate Copy English Translated Notarized Copy.
- E-Tin & Income Tax Certificate Copy (Last 03 Years)
- Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama (English Translated Notary)
- Travel Health Insurance (For Up To 30,000 Euros)
Profession Related Documents
Require Documents For Business Owners
- Updated Trade License (English translated & notarized).
- Memorandum & Incorporation Certificate (if a Limited Company).
- L/C copy, IRC & ERC (for Export/Import businesses).
- Updated Company Bank Statements (last 6 months) & Solvency Certificate
- Company Pad & Visiting Card (4-5 copies).
Require Documents For Private Service And Government Job Holders
- Leave Letter from the office.
- Office ID Card Copy.
- Salary Statement/Pay Slip (last 3 months, original + photocopy).
- GEO (Government Employees Only): Must be translated into English & notarized.
- Retirement Documents (for retired persons).
- Visiting Card (2 copies).
Require Documents For Students
- School/College/University ID Card Copy.
- Leave Letter/NOC or Academic Leave Calendar from the educational institution.
