Requirements : 

• All Passports with Last validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
• 2 copy (2 x 1.4) Inches size color picture with white back ground (no cap or sun glass) within 6 months.
• Update Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.
• NID Card Copy / Birth Certificate Copy English Translated Notarized Copy.
• E-Tin & Income Tax Certificate Copy (Last 03 Years)
• Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama (English Translated Notary)
• Invitation letter if any one invited you.
• Profession Related Documents (If Business):
• Update Trade license With English Translated Notarized Copy.
• Memorandum and Incorporation Certificate ( if limited Company)
• L/C copy, IRC & ERC ( if Export or Import Business)
• Updated company bank account statements for last six months & Solvency Certificate Copy.
• Company Pad & Visiting Card (4-5 Pages/Copies)
• Profession Related Documents (If Private Service / Govt. Job):
• Leave letter from the office if employed
• Office id card Copy
• Salary Statement with Solvency Or pay slip of the last Three months (original + Photocopy)
• If applicant are Government Service holder then need GEO. (Should be translated in English & Notarized).
• If applicant is retired person, then need retirement Documents copy.
• Visiting Card (2 Copies)
• Profession Related Documents (If Student):
• School/College/University ID Card Copy
• Leave Letter / NOC/Academic Leave Calendar From Educational Institute
• NOC / Parent’s Consent Letter From Parents (Under 18 Years If Travel Alone)

 

• Other supporting document (a) Document of other income if any (b) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/other savings/Security deposit /cash investment etc.
