• NID Card Copy / Birth Certificate Copy English Translated Notarized Copy.
  
  
• Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama (English Translated Notary)

Require Documents For Business Owners

• Updated Trade License (English translated & notarized).
• Memorandum & Incorporation Certificate (if a Limited Company).
• L/C copy, IRC & ERC (for Export/Import businesses).
• Updated Company Bank Statements (last 6 months) & Solvency Certificate
• Company Pad & Visiting Card (4-5 copies).

Require Documents For Private Service And Government Job Holders

• Leave Letter from the office.
• Office ID Card Copy.
• Salary Statement/Pay Slip (last 3 months, original + photocopy).
• GEO (Government Employees Only): Must be translated into English & notarized.
• Retirement Documents (for retired persons).
• Visiting Card (2 copies).
