General Requirement Documents
- All Passport with Last validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
- • 2 copy (35X40) mm size color picture with white back ground (no cap or sun glass).
- • Update Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months (balance more than 7 Lac) and bank solvency certificate.
- NID Card Copy / Birth Certificate Copy English Translated Notarized Copy.
- E-Tin & Income Tax Certificate Copy (Last 03 Years).
- Income Tax Return Certificate Copy.
- Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama English Translated Notary).
- Travel Health Insurance (For Up To 30,000 Euros).

- Updated Trade License (English translated & notarized).
- Memorandum & Incorporation Certificate (if a Limited Company).
- L/C copy, IRC & ERC (for Export/Import businesses).
- Updated Company Bank Statements (last 6 months) & Solvency Certificate
- Company Pad & Visiting Card (4-5 copies).

- Leave Letter from the office.
