General Requirements
- Valid Passport (At least 7 months validity)
- Two (2) Recent Passport-Size Photos (48x33mm, white background, no cap/sunglasses)
- Updated Personal Bank Statement (Last 6 months) & Bank Solvency Certificate
- NID / Birth Certificate (English Translated & Notarized Copy)
- E-TIN Certificate
For Business Owners
- Updated Trade License (English Translated & Notarized Copy)
- Company Letterhead & Visiting Cards (4-5 Copies)
For Private Service / Govt. Job Holders
- Leave Letter from Office (If Employed)
- Salary Certificate / Introduction Letter (Mention Position & Monthly Salary)
- GEO Approval (For Government Employees – English Translated & Notarized)
- Retirement Documents (For Retired Applicants)
- Visiting Cards (2 Copies)
For Students
- School/College/University ID Card Copy
- Leave Letter / NOC / Academic Leave Calendar (From Educational Institute)
- Parental Consent Letter (For Applicants Under 18 Traveling Alone)

- 50% Money Refundable in case of visa refusal (50% charge for invitation & service fee).
- Payment should be in advance
- Interview may be required (BDT 1,500 charge if applicant fails)
- Issued air ticket may be required for visa confirmation
- All documents in Bangla must be translated into English and notarized.
